About :
A national non-profit organization operating in Peshawar - KP, is looking for qualified, dedicated and experienced individuals to fill the following Positions for a donor-funded Education Project, in district Buner & Shangla-KP
Required Qualification :
Education Specialist – (Female)
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Planning, or a related field.
Required Experience Skill :
-
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in curriculum development, remedial education, or technical advisory roles in education-focused projects.

Technical Skills & Competencies:
-
Strong expertise in curriculum design, learning assessments, and inclusive education.
-
Proven ability to develop and adapt teacher training materials and learning content.
-
Experience working with government education departments and donor-funded programs.
-
Excellent facilitation, writing, and presentation skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide hands-on technical support across field teams.
-
Can develop or assess training contents
Key Responsibilities :
1. Technical Leadership and Curriculum Support
-
Support the Project Manager in incorporating curriculum content and pedagogical strategies into planning and implementation.
-
Develop and adapt instructional materials, mind maps, and learning plans for subjects including Urdu, English, and Mathematics.
-
Ensure integration of life skills, TaRL (Teaching at the Right Level), and remedial learning methodologies.
-
Ensure all content is inclusive, age-appropriate, gender-sensitive, and aligned with the project goals
2. Content Development and Training Material Design
-
Adapt training manuals, facilitation guides, and lesson plans based on consortium guidance and contextual needs.

Develop technical content for community mobilization sessions and Girls’ Clubs, including life skills and STEAM components.
-
Translate technical materials into user-friendly tools for field-level implementation by education officers and teachers.
-
Review and finalize all educational materials and learning resources before dissemination.
3. Quality Assurance and Technical Backstopping
-
Monitor the technical quality of all education interventions and provide feedback for improvement.
-
Support the development and review of learning assessment tools and ensure their appropriate use in the field.
-
Provide hands-on mentoring and backstopping support to Master Trainers, education officers, and school-based teaching staff.

Conduct field visits to monitor instructional practices and provide on-site coaching and technical support.
4. Coordination and Collaboration
-
Serve as the technical liaison with consortium partners on matters related to curriculum, pedagogy, training content, and assessments.
-
Facilitate joint planning, review, and content development meetings with partners and technical experts.
-
Support the integration of project activities with Government Education Department priorities and donor frameworks.
-
Coordinate the development of integrated work plans and content roll-out schedules in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
5. Knowledge Management and Learning
-
Document lessons learned, success stories, and best practices related to content delivery and pedagogical approaches.
-
Analyze field data and feedback to improve content relevance, effectiveness, and implementation strategy.
-
Contribute technical inputs during quarterly and annual review meetings.
-
Maintain a repository of finalized content, training materials, and technical documents for project records and replication.
6. Strategic Alignment and Policy Coordination
-
Ensure that education interventions are aligned with national education goals, donor priorities, and project log frames.

Support the alignment of project planning, implementation, and monitoring from an education systems perspective.

Participate in education sector meetings, technical working groups, and consortium-level discussions.
