 A national non-profit organization operating in Peshawar - KP, is looking for qualified, dedicated and experienced individuals to fill the following Positions for a donor-funded Education Project, in district Buner & Shangla-KP

Required Qualification :

MEAL Coordinator-(Female)

BS or MS in Economics, Statistics or Social sciences

Required Experience Skill:

1.Technical Skills

• Strong command of monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative tools.

• Proficiency in data collection, data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.

• Skilled in designing logical frameworks, theory of change models, and indicator tracking tables.

• Experience with mobile data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare, SurveyCTO).

• Ability to develop and apply MEAL frameworks, plans, and tools aligned with project objectives.

• Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, STATA, Power BI, or other relevant tools).

• Knowledge of accountability to affected populations (AAP), complaints response mechanisms (CRM), and safeguarding integration in MEAL systems.

• Familiarity with adaptive learning processes and reflective practice approaches.

2. Reporting and Documentation Skills

• Excellent skills in preparing analytical reports, case studies, and learning briefs.

• Strong ability to visualize data using dashboards, charts, and infographics.

• Capable of synthesizing large data sets into practical insights and recommendations for program improvement.

3. Project Management and Coordination

• Ability to develop MEAL plans in coordination with program teams and partners.

• Strong coordination and planning skills to ensure MEAL activities are delivered on time.

• Experience working with donor-funded projects and reporting to donor-specific M&E requirements (e.g., logframe indicators, reporting formats, MEL frameworks).

4. Capacity Building and Facilitation

• Experience in training and mentoring field staff on M&E tools, processes, and learning documentation.

• Ability to simplify technical concepts and build capacity of diverse teams, including community-level monitors.

5. Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for field-level engagement.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• High degree of initiative, proactiveness, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of M&E frameworks and tools for tracking activities and outcomes.

• Conduct base-line, mid-line, and end-line assessments in coordination with education staff.

• Train field staff in data collection protocols, including gender and disability-disaggregated data.

• Compile and validate quantitative and qualitative reports.

• Maintain centralized data dashboard and contribute to learning reports and case studies.
