About :
A national non-profit organization operating in Peshawar - KP, is looking for qualified, dedicated and experienced individuals to fill the following Positions for a donor-funded Education Project, in district Buner & Shangla-KP
Required Qualification :
Master’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Required Experience Skill :
-
Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in the education sector and within the development context.

Knowledge: Strong command of the education and development sectors, government education systems, and child learning methodologies.

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Proficient in planning, conceptualization, implementation, and adaptive managemen
-
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and institutional coordination.
-
Strong leadership and team-building capacity.
-
Proficiency in Result-Based Management (RBM) tools and approaches.
-
Familiarity with safeguarding, gender equity, and inclusive programming.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Formulation, and Planning
-
Formulate implementation strategies that are responsive to the education context and inclusive of gender, disability, and child protection principles.
-
Translate project proposals and donor expectations into detailed implementation plans (DIPs), work plans, stage plans and timelines.
2. Implementation Oversight
-
Ensure timely and efficient implementation of all project activities, including teacher training, school profiling, remedial learning, and Girls Clubs.
-
Supervise the roll-out of community-based and school-level learning interventions such as STEAM and Teaching at the Right Level (TARL).
-
Ensure all interventions meet quality standards and learning outcomes.
3. Coordination and Stakeholder Management
-
Establish strong collaboration with the District Education Department, provincial education department, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

Maintain regular engagement and integrated planning with consortium partners and other National NGO departments.
-
Represent National NGO in technical review meetings, district forums, provincial forums and coordination platforms.
4. Team Management and Leadership
-
Supervise and support District Coordinators, Education Specialists, and M&E teams.
-
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure quality results.
-
Organize review meetings and facilitate two-way communication between field teams and the Head Office.
5. Facilitation and Presentation
-
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning exchanges for school leaders and project teams.
-
Deliver effective presentations in consortium, donor, or public forums to showcase project progress and innovations.
6. Reporting and Communication
-
Ensure timely preparation and submission of high-quality weekly, monthly, quarterly, and final donor reports.

Coordinate with the MEAL team for evidence-based reporting and documentation of best practices.

Maintain accurate records of project activities, evaluations, and learning products.
7. Budget Management and Monitoring
-
Monitor project budget and ensure alignment of expenditures with planned activities.

Identify and address budget variances in coordination with the Finance team.
-
Ensure compliance with National NGO and donor financial procedures.
8. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
-
Incorporate monitoring findings into adaptive programming and strategy refinement.
-
Collaborate with the MEAL team for assessments, learning reviews, and beneficiary feedback systems.

Ensure the use of Result-Based Management (RBM) tools to track progress and enhance impact.
