About :
A national non-profit organization operating in Peshawar - KP, is looking for qualified, dedicated and experienced individuals to fill the following Positions for a donor-funded Education Project, in district Buner & Shangla-KP
Required Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
A diploma in logistics, procurement, or office management is an asset.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in administration and logistics, preferably with an NGO or development sector organization.
Required Experience Skill:
Prior experience in managing admin and logistics in field-based or remote locations.
Familiarity with procurement processes, inventory management, and vehicle/logistics coordination.
Key Skills:

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Good communication skills in Urdu and Pashto; basic English proficiency preferred.

Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with inventory or procurement software is a plus.

Basic financial and petty cash handling skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

Familiarity with local administrative structures, vendors, and transport networks in KPK.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the field office, including utilities, repairs, and facility management.

Oversee and document the receipt, storage, and issuance of project materials, equipment, and supplies.

Support the procurement process at field level by collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, and ensuring compliance with National NGO policies.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and assets and conduct periodic stock checks in coordination with the central store.

Facilitate transportation and logistics arrangements for staff movements, field visits, and supply deliveries.

Ensure security and safety protocols are followed in the office premises, including coordination with guards and local authorities if needed.

Maintain records of petty cash expenditures, utility bills, fuel usage, and prepare monthly admin reports for the head office.

Coordinate local accommodation, meeting setups, and administrative support for visiting staff, consultants, and donor missions.

Liaise with local vendors, service providers, and government departments as required by field operations.

Assist HR and Finance teams in field documentation (e.g., timesheets, attendance, leave forms) and ensure timely dispatch to head office.
