Integral Global Consulting (IGC) is pleased to invite qualified and experienced research organizations, consulting firms, academic institutions, and technical service providers to submit their Technical and Financial Proposals for an upcoming public health pilot project titled:

“Increasing Frontline Worker (FLW) Capacity to Respond to Polio Vaccine Refusal, No Response, Not Available Children, and Zero by Zero Houses in Karachi and Hyderabad.”

The proposed assignment aims to strengthen the capacity of frontline health workers to effectively engage with challenging households, address barriers to polio vaccination, and improve community engagement and vaccination acceptance.

Key Areas of Assignment

The selected organization will be responsible for:

1. Conducting a comprehensive desk review of existing evidence, programme data, and field practices.

2. Undertaking qualitative research, including Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and In-Depth Interviews (IDIs).

3. Developing and validating a practical toolkit for frontline health workers.

4. Designing and delivering training programmes, including pre- and post-training assessments.

5. Supporting pilot implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

6. Conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including statistical analysis using STATA.

7. Preparing comprehensive analytical reports, recommendations, and dissemination materials.

Geographical Coverage: Karachi and Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.

Project Duration: November 2026 – July 2027.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested organizations should demonstrate:

• At least three years of relevant experience in qualitative research, toolkit development, and public health training.

• Proven capacity to conduct field research and coordinate activities in urban Pakistan.

• Strong understanding of polio immunization challenges, community engagement, and public health programmes.

• Compliance with ethical research practices, informed consent, and data confidentiality requirements.

Proposal Submission Requirements

Interested organizations are requested to submit:

• A detailed Technical Proposal, including methodology, work plan, and proposed team composition.

• A Financial Proposal with a comprehensive cost breakdown.

• An organizational profile highlighting relevant experience and previous assignments.

• A proposed implementation timeline aligned with the project requirements.
