Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality online English language training to rural women, improving their communication, comprehension, writing, and professional language skills to support their participation in digital employment, freelancing, and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver online English language training according to the approved curriculum and training schedule.

• Prepare structured lesson plans with clear learning objectives and practical exercises.

• Conduct interactive sessions to improve speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and professional communication.

• Use the LMS and approved digital tools to facilitate training.

• Develop and administer quizzes, assignments, and assessments to measure learning progress.

• Provide timely feedback and guidance to trainees through approved communication channels.

• Encourage active participation and maintain an inclusive, learner-friendly online environment.

• Monitor attendance, engagement, assessment results, and individual learning progress.

• Participate in trainer orientation, performance reviews, and professional development activities.

• Submit weekly progress reports and other documentation required by the program management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, English Linguistics, Education, or a relevant field, 

• Relevant English teaching or training experience; preference for candidates with more than three years of online English teaching experience.

• English language teaching certification from a recognized organization will be an advantage.

• Experience in delivering online training through an LMS is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
